On June 6, 2005, Chairman Li Rongjie of BBCA Group and Mr. Fu Lei, President of Glatt of Belgium, signed a framework agreement on PLA cooperation at the China-Belgium series bilateral cooperation and memorandum signing ceremony in the Great Hall of the People. President Hu Jintao and King Albert II of Belgium attended the meeting to personally witness and promote the specific cooperation between the economic, trade and scientific and technological circles of the two countries.
